Terms of Service

Welcome to Solar Chart. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solar Chart website and the products and services offered through it (the “Service”). The Service is operated by iScanPhoto(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

2. Your design and birth data

Solar Chart generates an astronomically computed visualization from the birth date, time, and location you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Because each item is custom-made to your design, please review your chart carefully before ordering — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

The charts are produced for novelty, decorative, and entertainment purposes. They are not astrological, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your use of payment processing is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
• We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

4. Production, fulfillment, and shipping

Products are printed and shipped on demand through our print-on-demand partner. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, layout, text, and graphics, is owned by iScanPhoto and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the chart you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the birth details you supply and grant us the license necessary to produce and fulfill your order.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, infringe others’ rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astronomical computations will be free of inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iScanPhoto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky.
