Refund & Returns Policy

Every Solar Chart item is custom-made to order from the unique chart you generate. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we handle returns differently from off-the-shelf goods. Please review your design carefully before checking out.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

We stand behind the quality of what we ship. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

To start a claim, within 30 days of delivery:

• Email apolloprojectsllc@gmail.com with your order number.
• Include clear photos of the item and, for shipping damage, the packaging.
• Describe the problem so we can make it right.

Once approved, we will reprint and reship the item or issue a refund to your original payment method. You will not be asked to pay for the replacement or for return shipping on a defective item.

Buyer’s remorse and custom orders

Because items are personalized and made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse — for example, ordering the wrong size, color, or product, entering incorrect birth details, or simply changing your mind. Please double-check your design, size, and shipping address before you place your order.

Order changes and cancellations

Production can begin quickly after checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at apolloprojectsllc@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests received before the item enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes once printing has started.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows an item as lost, or it has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
