- How accurate are the charts?
- Every chart is computed from real astronomical (ephemeris) data for the exact date, time, and location you enter — not a template or a stock image. Positions are accurate to the day (and, with a birth time and place, your rising sign too).
- Do I need my exact birth time?
- No. Tick “I don’t know my birth time” in the generator and we compute your chart for noon — over a single day the planets barely move, so your sky still looks the way it did. We also leave the time off the printed caption rather than print an assumed one. If you do know your time, adding it along with your city unlocks the zodiac birth-chart view with your rising sign (Ascendant).
- Why doesn't my chart show a rising sign?
- The rising sign (Ascendant) depends on your birth city and the exact time — it moves through all twelve signs in the course of a day. We show it only when you've given us both. If you've told us your birth time is unknown, we leave it off instead of printing a guess on something you'll hang on your wall.
- What's the difference between the views?
- The 'Solar system' view shows where the Sun and planets actually stood — from above, at a dramatic angle, or from inside the system with painted, sunlit planets; it also offers an antique orrery style that draws your moment as an engraved brass machine. The 'Birth chart' view is the classic circular zodiac wheel, with your planets placed by sign and the aspects between them drawn in. The 'Star map' is the night sky itself as seen from your birth city — the real stars overhead at that moment, with constellation figures you can show, label, or leave off. The 'Moon' view is a photographic portrait of the Moon at its exact phase on your date, with your Moon sign beneath it. And the 'Horizon' view is the sky as you'd have seen it standing outside at your birthplace — the Sun, Moon, and planets arcing over a silhouetted horizon, with the ones below it shown beneath your feet. All five are built from the same birth details, so you can switch between them and print whichever you like best.
- How long does shipping take?
- Items are printed on demand just for you, then shipped. Production usually takes a few business days, plus carrier transit time to your address. You'll get tracking once it ships.
- Can I order this as a gift?
- Yes — enter the recipient's birth details instead of your own to create their sky. It suits birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and new babies, and you can add their name as the title and your own words as the caption.
- What's your return policy?
- Because each piece is custom-made from your birth details, please review our Refunds & Returns page for how we handle damaged items and order issues.
- What products can I put my chart on?
- Posters, framed prints, canvas, apparel, mugs, and totes — with more added over time. You can preview your design on each before buying.
